Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Trasimba collects when you use this website, why we need it, who can see it, and how you can ask us to change or delete it.

In short: we collect only what we need to approve your account, run your trades and pay you, and to stop fraud. Only Trasimba can see your account details, trades, gift card codes and wallet addresses. We don't sell your information and there is no advertising or tracking on this site.

1. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, phone or other contact, date of birth, your username on another trading platform, and the referral code you signed up with (if any). Your password is handled by our login provider and stored in scrambled (hashed) form — we can never see it.
Trades and orders: the payment method and amount of each trade, the mobile money number and account name for MTN Mobile Money and Telecel Cash trades, and the messages in your trade chats.
Gift cards: the brand and face value, and the card code/PIN and photo if you choose to provide them.
Balance, deposits and withdrawals: your balance, rewards and referral history, the network, amount, payment screenshot and (if given) transaction ID of each crypto deposit, your BTC balance and BTC-to-dollar conversions, and the amount, currency and wallet address of each withdrawal.
Likes: the likes you give to and receive from other members.
Technical information: like any website, the services that deliver this site receive your IP address and basic browser information when you visit. The site saves your login session and a few display settings (such as which tab you last opened) in your own browser. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it

To review and approve new accounts, including checking your previous trading history.
To run your trades, gift card orders and withdrawals, and to contact you about them.
To pay rewards, referral bonuses and milestone bonuses.
To prevent fraud, stolen gift cards, scams and other abuse.
To keep the records we need for disputes and, where it applies, the law.

3. Who can see it

Trasimba (the admin of this site) can see your account details, trades, chats, gift card codes and photos, and wallet addresses. Nobody else is given access.
Other visitors can see your name, number of completed trades, tier and likes only if a review from you is shown on the homepage and linked to your profile.
Services that run the site for us: Supabase (database, login and file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting), and Google Fonts and jsDelivr (fonts and code your browser loads when you open a page). Live prices are loaded by your browser from CoinGecko; no account information is sent to them.
Zoho Mail: our email provider. Emails you send us are stored on their servers under their own privacy policy.
We may share information when the law requires it, or to stop fraud — for example, reporting a stolen gift card to its issuer or a payment provider.

We don't sell your information and don't share it with advertisers.

4. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. After it is closed, we keep only what we still need for records, resolving disputes and preventing fraud, and delete the rest when you ask.

5. How we protect it

Your information is stored with Supabase, and only the admin account can open other customers' details.
Gift card photos are stored privately and opened only through short-lived private links.
No website can be 100% secure. Please use a password you don't use anywhere else, and never share it — we will never ask for it.

6. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to close your account. Just message us (see below). We may need to keep some records for fraud prevention or legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies. Depending on where you live, local data protection laws may give you further rights.

7. Age

This site is only for people aged 18 or over. If we find that we have information from someone under 18, we will close the account and delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
